Lemon Calamansi Prosecco Vinegar

Start date June 26th, 2020

- Two bottles of Kirkland Prosecco
 - One bottle of distilled water
 - One 16 oz bottle of Acetum white wine vinegar with mother
 - Two teaspoons of 3% hydrogen peroxide
- 6 Calamansi cut in quarters
 - 1 lemon squeeze and cut in half
